Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

1. Definitions

Data Controller: You (the customer) who determines the purposes and means of processing.

Data Processor: RemoteDesk Inc., which processes data on your behalf.

Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

2. Processing Instructions

RemoteDesk processes personal data only on documented instructions from the Data Controller. We do not process data for our own purposes without explicit consent.

3. Confidentiality & Security

All personnel handling personal data are bound by confidentiality. We implement technical and organizational measures including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.

4. Sub-processors

RemoteDesk may use sub-processors for hosting, analytics, and support. A list of authorized sub-processors is maintained and updated quarterly.

5. Data Transfers

Data transfers outside the EEA/India are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or other approved mechanisms.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, and portability of your data. Submit requests to privacy@remotedesk.app.

7. Term & Termination

This DPA is effective for the duration of your Service agreement. Upon termination, we will delete or return all personal data as instructed.
